Prepare for your course

No preparation needed, just to attend with an open mind and ready to learn and practice new skills. Each week there will be some take home work to do but is by no means obligatory just suggested. Please wear comfortable clothes and turn off your mobile before the class begins. We will provide meditation cushions for comfort. 



Weekly class covering a certain meditation technique and topic. 2 relaxing meditations per class and take home meditations provided.
