Calm Therapy

Reiki and meditation are wonderful ways to promote relaxation and stress reduction. 

It is a gentle, calming and natural therapy to promote health for the mind and body. 

Incorporating a consultation, guided meditation and healing Reiki session.

When the body and mind can achieve a relaxed state the body is able to heal and restore.

Reiki is non-religious and can be experienced by anyone regardless of their religious or spiritual beliefs. It is suitable for all age groups and states of health.

Reiki is powerful, yet gentle and safe. It can be used alongside other forms of treatment, both conventional and complementary in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
