Using scientific research and nutritional software your current diet will be analysed. We will adjust any potential deficiencies and imbalances, and create a new healthy eating and lifestyle plan just for you.

Coupled with dietary analysis we will use coaching tools and the readiness to change model to help you integrate positive healthy diet and lifestyle changes, using achievable and measurable goal setting.

Session 1: After completing an initial comprehensive questionnaire and screening form before our first session, we will then delve into greater detail about your history when it comes to diet and lifestyle. Focusing on the motivations and goals that you would like to achieve. We will also discuss any symptoms you may be experiencing.

Session 2: Before this session I will devise a diet plan, recipes and action steps tailored from our previous consultation. Using nutritional software I will make sure that you are receiving a comprehensive amount of the nutrients you need for your desired goals. During session two I will outline this plan and what systems of the body we will be supporting to help achieve your main goals. Then we will create an action plan together for you to work on over the coming weeks. After this session your recipes, meal plans, lifestyle recommendations and notes from the session will be sent to you.

Session 3: In the final session of the package we will review your progress with your new diet and lifestyle changes. We will then reevaluate the plan and I will update this with any new requirements or new goals you wish to achieve. After this session you will receive an updated 3 week meal plan, recommendations and recipes.
