Women’s Circle - New Moon Intention Setting

✨✨THROUGHOUT TIME, WOMEN HAVE GATHERED DURING THE NEW AND FULL MOONS TO SUPPORT, HEAL AND UPLIFT ONE ANOTHER. WHILE NEW MOONS ARE FOR NEW BEGINNINGS AND SETTING INTENTIONS, THE FULL MOON IS A TIME OF GREAT ILLUMINATION, CULMINATION AND RELEASE. TOGETHER WE WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HOLD SPACE FOR EACH OTHER AS WE LET GO WHAT NO LONGER SERVES US AND ALIGN WITH OUR INNER WISDOM THROUGH MEDITATION, INTENTION AND HEARTFELT SHARING.✨✨

May's New Moon circle is focusing on intention setting for the month ahead. There will be some specially designed exercises and meditations throughout the evening to help us gain clarity, joy and peace surrounding our intentions.

Throughout the evening, we like to recommend books, recipes, cafes, healers, films, albums and documentaries to help support each other. Please bring along a notebook if you fancy scribbling anything down that comes up during the evening.

This is a safe space for everyone to express their truth, feel held and show up authentically, so whatever is discussed in the circle stays in the circle.

This gathering is for women interested in all things personal development and mind/body connection. Holding a space for you to release old negative patterns and set and embrace new intentions for the month ahead.

Please wear anything you feel comfortable in, we will be sitting on meditation cushions for most of the evening. Light refreshments will be provided.

Women’s Circle - Full Moon Gathering

✨✨THROUGHOUT TIME, WOMEN HAVE GATHERED DURING THE NEW AND FULL MOONS TO SUPPORT, HEAL AND UPLIFT ONE ANOTHER. WHILE NEW MOONS ARE FOR NEW BEGINNINGS AND SETTING INTENTIONS, THE FULL MOON IS A TIME OF GREAT ILLUMINATION, CULMINATION AND RELEASE. This full moon gathering is for us to come together and socialise. A time for us to meet, share, learn from and empower one another.

There will be music, a fire pit, delicious vegetarian food - a celebration of the full moon!

The evening will end with an opportunity to release any thing that no longer serves you by burning it in the fire. Each person in the circle may take her turn throwing in scraps of paper into a fire that is then watched turn into ashes. The scraps of paper have words written down on them of those things you'd like to release or change in your lives.

Find Your Calm Workshop

A restorative afternoon helping you to de-stress and find tranquility.

A holistic workshop to find calm and deal with feelings of stress and anxiety, to help you find your own source of calm that can then overflow into all aspects of your life.

Helping you find ways to deal with and alleviate stress in your life. Discover how your brain works and why stress is such an important issue to overcome.

We focus on practical tips and advice to implement anytime in your day to day life, ranging from meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, personal development techniques, as well as lifestyle changes to help holistically support the mind and body.

There will be some self explorative exercises and active exercises including breathwork techniques. The afternoon ends with a relaxing guided meditation to send you off feeling calm, focused and rejuvenated.

A specially designed Find Your Calm Workbook is included with your ticket.

Yoga Quarter 4 Week Beginners Meditation Course.

The classes are aimed at having a relaxing hour and being able to destress from the week, taking some time for yourself. 
The other element of the class is to introduce you to the different versions of meditation so you can find out which you enjoy most and begin to establish a home practice.

Each class covers a certain meditation technique and topic. There are 2 relaxing meditations per class and additional breathwork and mindfulness techniques taught to practice in everyday situations.

No preparation needed, just to attend with an open mind and ready to learn and practice new skills!

Please wear comfortable clothes. We will provide meditation cushions, blankets and bolsters for comfort.
