Find Your Calm

A restorative afternoon helping you to de-stress and find tranquility.

A holistic workshop to find calm and deal with feelings of stress and anxiety, to help you find your own source of calm that can then overflow into all aspects of your life.

Helping you find ways to deal with and alleviate stress in your life. Discover how your brain works and why stress is such an important issue to overcome.

We focus on practical tips and advice to implement anytime in your day to day life, ranging from meditation, mindfulness, nutrition, personal development techniques, as well as lifestyle changes to help holistically support the mind and body.

The afternoon includes a slow flow yoga class, self explorative journalling exercises and active exercises such as breathwork techniques. The afternoon ends with a relaxing guided meditation to send you off feeling calm, focused and rejuvenated.

A specially designed Find Your Calm Workbook is included with your ticket.

Shakti Women's Circle | October

Throughout time women have come together to support and uplift each other. Menstrual Huts and Moon Lodge traditions go back hundreds of years. These all-women spaces were places where women of different ages and backgrounds gathered to tell stories, learn from each other and explore how the cyclical nature of a woman’s life impacts how we understand the world around us.

The Yoga Quarter Shakti Women’s Circle is new to the studio. It will be a safe space where we gather, move through a gentle yoga practice, connect as women and finish with a meditation. The Shakti Women’s Circle is open to women of all ages and backgrounds. No previous experience of yoga necessary.

The circle will be led by Susan McEwen and Simone Hadfield. Susan has over 20 years experience of leading women’s groups and Simone has been leading women’s circles for the last two years.

4 Week Beginners Meditation Course

Yoga Quarter 4 Week Beginners Meditation Course.

The classes are aimed at having a relaxing hour and being able to destress from the week, taking some time for yourself. 
The other element of the class is to introduce you to the different versions of meditation so you can find out which you enjoy most and begin to establish a home practice.

Each class covers a certain meditation technique and topic. There are 2 relaxing meditations per class and additional breathwork and mindfulness techniques taught to practice in everyday situations.

No preparation needed, just to attend with an open mind and ready to learn and practice new skills!

Please wear comfortable clothes. We will provide meditation cushions, blankets and bolsters for comfort.

ESTABLISHING SPACES FOR NEW BEGINNINGS AND SETTING INTENTIONS, THESE WERE ARENAS FOR GREAT ILLUMINATION, CULMINATION AND RELEASE.
