Meditation helps us relax, connect with our inner self and can provide you with the most amazing sense of clarity and calm. Meditation is all about taking some time for yourself to allow your body and mind to breath as one.

Mindfulness is all about learning to be really "present". It focuses on the present moment and to eventually learn to witness your conditioned reactions and responses, catching them in the moment, stepping back, considering and choosing to approach the situation in a different way.
