Includes a stress management consultation, guided meditation, relaxation, gentle breathwork and healing Reiki techniques.

Meditation, deep relaxation and Reiki are wonderful ways to promote relaxation and stress reduction.

When the body and mind can achieve a relaxed state the body is able to heal and restore.

  • A simple but powerful way to calm the mind and body. A tailored guided meditation will be provided to calm and centre the body.


  • Using some easy breathing techniques to move the mind and body into the parasympathetic nervous system, where relaxation and healing occur in the body.


  • Using the Chakra energy centres, the practitioner uses their hands placed on the recipient, or in some cases just a few centimetres away, to restore balance to the energy centres. Working holistically on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects together to restore balance and health.

  • Reiki is non-religious and can be experienced by anyone regardless of their religious or spiritual beliefs. It is suitable for all age groups and states of health.

Calm therapy is powerful, yet gentle and safe. It can be used alongside other forms of treatment, both conventional and complementary in supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
