Avo Toast

Avocado may be the food of the moment but for good reason they are a nutrient dense food and a source of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. The addition of live sprouts, lemon and cayenne give this meal a kick.

Avo Toast
A nutrient boosted version of the classic avocado on toast.
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Alfafa Sprouts
  • Half a lemon Lemon
  • Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper
  • To taste Yeast Flakes
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon (Toasted) Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 Slices (Toasted) Sourdough Toast
Toast your bread, making sure it is Sourdough or Rye with no added preservatives. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry hot pan. Add the avocado, spouts, seeds to your toast and then top with a drizzle of olive oil, squeeze of lemon, sprinkling of yeast flakes and cayenne pepper.
